ESD Floor Cleaner for Static Control Floors
Deep Cleans and Enhances the Static Control Properties of ESD Flooring. Highly Concentrated, Safe and Effective Cleaning for ANY type of ESD Floor. Now only $40.19 or less a gallon. In stock and ready to ship.
Standard floor cleaning solutions leave electrically insulative dirt and mineral accumulations from the mop water or extraction cleaning leaving you with a dull and dingy ESD floor.
Over time these accumulations build up and reduce the electrical performance substantially and WILL negatively impact the static control capabilities of the ESD floor.
The results: Failed ESD audits, compromised static control performance and cumbersome, time consuming deep cleaning. How to keep your ESD floor in showroom shape:
ElectraClean to the Rescue!

Application for Hard Surface Flooring: ESD Floor Surfaces should be swept or vacuumed prior to washing to remove loose dirt and soil. For use in daily or frequent damp mopping, use a dilute solution of 8-10 ounces of ElectraClean per gallon of warm water. Mop the floor lightly and allow it to dry. Do not rinse. For heavier soil conditions, sweep or vacuum the floor to remove loose soil or dirt. Dilute 12 - 16 ounces of cleaner per gallon of warm water and use as a mopping solution. After cleaning, the floor may be spray buffed with ElectraShine or recoated with ElectraGlaze.
Coverage for Hard Surface Flooring: 1,000 SF per gallon of diluted ElectraClean. Typical dilution at 8 ounces to a gallon of water = 16,000 SF per gallon of concentrate.
Application for ESD Carpet: Pretest for color fastness. Using a clean white cloth, rub diluted solution on a hidden part of the carpet. If the carpet changes color or the color transfers to the cloth: Do Not Use. After the color fastness test, thoroughly vacuum the ESD carpet to remove loose dirt and soil. Pre-treat heavy stains or soiled areas using the diluted ElectraClean. Work the solution into the area using a soft carpet brush. When completed, add 4 to 6 ounces of ElectraClean to each gallon of warm to hot water. Extraction clean following the directions provided by the manufacturer of the equipment. The typical coverage will vary depending on carpet pile height, construction and soil level. The typical coverage on office grade thin pile glued down carpeting is approximately 150 square feet per gallon of diluted product.
Note: Keep out of the reach of children. Follow the precautions as listed on the SDS sheet.
Note: ElectraClean is available in quart containers on our shopping cart for pretesting.
Warning: NEVER use plain water or regular all purpose cleaners for ESD Flooring!
