THE ELECTRAGUARD HIGH GLOSS ESD FLOORING SYSTEM ElectraGuard is a true two part epoxy paint that is fully compliant to the latest ANSI electrical standards for static control flooring. Unlike mere latex or one part epoxy floor paints that may last a year or two the ElectraGuard High Gloss System provides longevity! The system consist of 2 to 3 coats of ElectraGuard followed by 2 thin coats of ElectraThane followed by one coat of ElectraGlaze Floor Finish. The ElectraGuard High Gloss System is designed for ultimate performance in demanding mission critical applications. It has a proven track record of clients that are experiencing a ten year or greater service life. The system is well suited for application on a variety of substrates including concrete, existing well bonded VCT, standard and antistatic vinyl tiles and sheet goods, standard and antistatic thick set epoxy and more. The ElectraGuard High Gloss ESD Floor Paint System meets or exceeds the latest most stringent standards of electrical conductivity including the new ANSI ESD S 20.20-2007. APPLIES LIKE PAINT! ElectraGuard HG is often installed by end user, painting contractors or the United SCP Installation Service Group. We feature a 24/7 installation hotline for this product should you require tech support on the weekends or after normal business hours. We provide electrical test equipment to test the finished floor to the latest ANSI ESD standards should you require certification of electrical performance. Minimal charges may apply for the use of our test equipment.
TYPICAL MAINTENANCE 1) Dust Mop Daily. 2) Damp mop weekly using a diluted solution of ElectraClean and water. Note: Never use plain water or other floor cleaning chemicals as this may leave an insulative residue. 3) Auto Scrub every two months or as needed to remove ground in dirt and contaminants, start with lightest pad possible. 4) As needed: high speed polish using a white or champagne colored pad and ElectraShine polishing spray. 5) As needed (about every year or two). NOTES NOTES: ElectraGuard Anti Static Flooring has been successfully used by Major Companies for over 16 years and meets the newest standards of ANSI/ESD S20.20 for esd conductive flooring (both in the sealed form and in the non sealed form). The unsealed ElectraGuard System consist of 2 or 3 coats of the epoxy paint, applied approximately 24 hours between coats. ElectraGuard may be installed by any competent painting contractor, by the end user or by United Installation Services. ElectraGuard Flooring is a thin set epoxy applied using paint rollers. As such, slight deviations in thickness, texture, color and shading may be present in the final installation. ElectraGuard as applied does not have a shine. It is a low glare matt finish. For a high shine finish, top coat with the ElectraGuard High Gloss Sealers.
