We've installed ESD flooring since 1973 and have used numerous conductive adhesive's over the years.  From VPI's 2 part epoxy to Forbo Industries water based acrylic all adhesives were limiting, gave inconsistent results , and made the installs much more expensive. It's obvious that reliable anchoring of your ESD Tile or ESD Carpet overlayment is important. It's an integral part of the long term flawless performance that you deserve and expect from your ESD flooring Material.  Yet prior to the release of our static conductive flooring adhesive, all had been (pretty much) built the same.

1) Limited substrates - Substrates must be porous, only works on substrates such as concrete or wood.

2) Limited bonding flexibility - if a tile became scarred, burned or stained call the professionals!

3) Removal of well bonded yet aged Vinyl / VCT - Mandatory!.

4) Asbestos Abatement - Required with the removal of some older yet well bonded floor coverings.

THE Answer for Perfect, Consistent, ESD Floor Bonding, made for THE most demanding of scenarios.

2K4 esd flooring adhesive is a thin spread conductive adhesive. Simply trowel in place or roll on for raised access.  It's superior conductivity is nearly that of copper, reducing excessive needs for an old school copper ground grid (that will eventually shadow through your new ESD vinyl tiles).  No longer is trowel fiber packing or mixing detrimental to your install.  With 2k4 less variables equal true consistency, speed and flawless results every time. Works great on existing well bonded vinyl, old asbestos laden well bonded VCT, cement, wood, epoxy and metal sub floors. Perfect for anchoring those esd floor runners that just WON'T stop sliding around
